Information you provide

When you submit an RSVP or second-bus interest form, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, passenger names and chosen game-contact numbers, guest count, payment selection, and optional notes. The optional checkbox for future event updates is separate from event-related messages.

How we use it

We use RSVP and interest details to organize this event, respond to you, send reservation and payment-status messages, coordinate pickup and itinerary information, and include each paid participant’s chosen number in the interactive event experience after payment is confirmed. Event organizers receive the information needed to manage the outing.

If you separately opt in to future-event updates, we may use your email address for those updates. You can ask us to stop those messages at any time.

Payments

Payments are made on PayPal’s hosted checkout pages. This website does not ask for or store your card number, PayPal password, or bank login. PayPal sends a server-to-server notice that the site verifies before sending a payment confirmation email or counting a paid seat.

Website analytics and protection

Metricool analytics is used to understand visits and engagement. The RSVP forms use validation, request limits, and automated spam checks. The website uses HTTPS and browser security settings to help protect information in transit and reduce common web risks.

Retention and requests

We keep event information for as long as it is needed to manage reservations, payments, event follow-up, and related recordkeeping. You can contact us to ask about your information, request a correction, or request deletion. Some payment or accounting records may need to be kept where required for legitimate recordkeeping.
